1	c	Mozzarella cheese
2		To 3 Roma tomatoes; peeled & sliced thin
1/3	c	Prosciutto ham; diced
1/3	c	Provolone cheese; shredded
1/4	c	Black olives
5		Fresh basil; hand tear leaves
